Examples of work:

1- Designed and built an End Of Arm Tooling for an Aluminum Die Cast Operation  

2- One of our customers from the medical industry, needed to replace a mold plate because it was leaking water, the customer had no tool design drawings, we provided the service by doing reverse engineering, built the new plate and completed the plate replacement at the customer facility, this 4x cavity mold produces tee connectors for respiratory applications.

3- A customer came to us with a troublesome mold, we helped to troubleshoot the mold issue, resulting in the retrofitting of the mold with additional ejector plates to resolve a part warpage issue, we did the engineering change to the tool design as well as the actual retrofit on the tool.
